Following the family tradition
in the vineyards, Artemis
dedicated himself to wine
and with his wife Margarita
they managed to increase
the number of bottles from
15,000 to 180,000. Their island
combines sea breeze and the
fruity character of a sunset with
the austerity of the volcanic
landscape, reminding them
the flavour of local Assyrtiko
wine. Ακολουθώντας την
οικογενειακή παράδοση
στους αμπελώνες, ο Αρτέμης
αφοσιώθηκε στην οινοποιία
και μαζί με τη σύζυγό του
Μαργαρίτα κατόρθωσαν
να αυξήσουν τον αριθμό
των φιαλών από 15.000
σε 180.000. Tο νησί τους
συνδυάζει τη θαλασσινή αύρα
και το φρουτώδη χαρακτήρα
ενός ηλιοβασιλέματος
με την αυστηρότητα του
ηφαιστειογενούς τοπίου, Michail Kaziales
θυμίζοντάς τους γεύση από
ντόπιο Ασύρτικο οίνο.
